How quickly can use the service?
We can get you ready to use OnSight within a few minutes, however if you would like one our account managers to wlak you through the service , it will take longer.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, we offer free trial of all of our services so you are guaranteed to be satisfied with the products.
How do I get started?
You can use the OnSight services as soon as you have an account login and it is very easy to understand, if you can open and read an email, you'll be fine!
How good is data security and what happens to my session files?
The OnSight service is entirely based in the UK and none of your data leaves the region, this includes images, call recordings, OCR files, notes, and PII data. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit and stored in Amazon AWS. You also have the option of saving your data to your own storage.
